This is a raining day! My heart is wet as the weather.

1) Something is wrong with our TV set in beding room, so we have to fix it. Yesterday I called the service department, i knew i will pay ￥80 for it, because this TV set had not in free service period.

2) Mum want to buy an apartment near to KAKA's. KAKA remembered the unit price was RMB9500/m2 several days ago. But yesterday KAKA went to house agency and they told KAKA the unit price is rising all long, now it's RMB12000/m2 .  Then Mum's plan couldn't  come true.
